Tommy Kyle | Nations of Coaches

Tommy Kyle is the Executive Director of Nations of Coaches (NOC), an organization dedicated to equipping college basketball coaches to build a legacy of excellence both on and off the court. Since 2005, NOC has supported coaches through leadership development, professional growth, spiritual guidance, and character building—most notably through its Character Coach Program, which places mentors at top programs like Auburn, Baylor, Alabama, and Kansas. Under Tommy’s leadership, NOC has formed impactful partnerships with organizations such as Chick-fil-A, Focus on the Family, and K-Love Radio to strengthen marriage, family, and mental health support for coaches. An ordained minister with over 25 years of coaching experience, Tommy works closely with business and community leaders to foster a culture of excellence, integrity, and well-being in the coaching profession. He and his wife, Heather, are parents to eight children and give God the glory for all He has done in their home and ministry.
